Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Name and email address at signup
• Company name
• Payment information (handled entirely by Stripe — we never see card details)
• Conversation content sent to your PA (stored on your PA's dedicated server)

What we don't do

• We do not train AI models on your conversations
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising

Data storage

Your PA runs on a dedicated server. Conversation data stays on that server and is not shared with other MyPA customers. Waitlist and billing data is stored in Vercel KV and Stripe respectively.

Third parties

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI model providers. Conversations may be processed by these providers per their usage policies.
• Telegram — messaging interface. Subject to Telegram's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us. We'll process deletion requests within 30 days.
